Everclime
Everclime enables people and businesses to contribute to projects that remove carbon, reforest, regenerate grasslands, preserve coral reefs, clean up beaches and oceans, and more.
The company was transitioning from a B2B to a B2C model, which led to an UX-Audit and subsequent enhancement of the existing Everclime business console, as well as the development of an Everclime app for users from scratch.

Russia's largest app store with an audience of more than 26 million users. The catalogue features almost 5,000 games and applications for everyday tasks.
I launched RuStore from scratch in 2.5 months in a team of only 2 designers. Then as the team grew, we iteratively strengthened the console and mobile app, ensuring continuous growth of the product.

The name "VDNKh" is a Soviet-era acronym, standing for "Exhibition of the Achievements of the National Economy". This magnificent park, located in the north of Moscow, boasts more than 250 Soviet-era palaces and pavilions.
We are currently working on an app that serves as a news portal and navigator for the exhibition, which reaches more than 40 million visitors.

This is my diploma project and working on it brought me a lot of pleasure. As part of the course, my task was to choose an industry and conduct in-depth interviews to identify user pain points. Using the obtained data and the JBTD framework, I developed a feature list and a user flow, which I then transformed into wireframes. The playful design you see in the preview was created in Cinema 4D.
